How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Usually, it will take a maximum of 3 business days to prepare your
products and get them shipped out. However, occasionally we
encounter delays. If this is the case, we will notify you via email,
giving you the opportunity to cancel the order if you
choose. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail so once your
order is shipped it should arrive in no more than 3 business
days. You will receive an invoice via email when your order
ships. (Please keep in mind that holidays may require more
time.)
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal payments in our shopping cart and also
directly from the PayPal site. Payments should be made to

Is your shopping cart secure?
Your credit card information is protected with sophisticated
online payment security measures, provided by CCNow. Your consumer

Mystick Scents never has your credit card information! Your name,
address, email and phone number are kept in the strictest
confidence! We will not EVER share, sell or trade your information
to anyone under ANY circumstances!
Can I order a soap made with essential
oil (or fragrance oil) instead of fragrance oil (or essential
oil)? Can I request a specific color not offered on your website?
Yes, we accept custom orders! If you'd like something normally
scented with fragrance oil to be scented with essential oil instead,
then please let us know in advance. If you require a specific color,
say for a baby shower or wedding party, then please let us know. We
will try and match colors to meet your needs. Whatever your needs, we will do
what we can to accommodate you!
Can I order something for someone and remain anonymous?
Yes! We are "Secret Pal" Friendly! When you place an
order as a gift, be sure to give us your gift recipient's shipping
address and make note in the Special Instructions box at checkout OR
shoot us a quick
email!
Do you have a catalog?
We do print up a small text catalog and can send you one upon
request. However, there may be times when our catalog is unavailable
due to product and inventory changes.
Can I send you an order through the mail?
Yes! We have a

for sending orders in the mail. Just fill it out,
make sure you add the proper shipping, pop in your check or money
order and there you go!
Do you offer free samples?
It is not cost effective for us to offer free samples, however we
always try and send along a free product sample in each order
shipped. We hope you will let us know what you think of our
products, including any samples you receive. We'd love to include
your comments on our
Testimonials
page!
Why do you NOT use chemical preservatives?
Our customers are looking for natural products, or as close to
natural as possible! They do not want chemical preservatives!
Frankly, we don't either! We use natural ingredients in our soaps. We do use skin-safe fragrance oils in some of our
soaps but just enough to get the desired scent. Those products scented
with fragrance oils can be requested with no scent or scented with
essential oils instead. Have you read the labels on those commercial
products lately? Read about those nasty ingredients here.
Can I pay over the phone with a credit card?
We can only process credit card orders online using our secure
shopping cart. Payment must be made via PayPal, shopping cart, check or money order.
Can I use more than one coupon?
No. Our shopping cart only allows one coupon code per order. If
you have special needs please email
us and we will see what we can do for you!
Can I pay for my order with a personal check?
Yes. You can always pay via personal check but keep in mind that
all checks are held until funds clear. This can severely delay your order! We have resorted to this waiting period due to a few
unscrupulous people out to get something for nothing.
Will you send a
gift card to my gift recipient?
Yes! If you're
having something shipped as a gift, please let us know. We'd be happy to
add a personalized note or gift tag!
